Black Listed

We've been trying to get a house at the outer banks for the past two weeks. We finally found one that's cheap, the days we want and they were willing to rent to Kelli. Today Kell wasn't able to call down because of cell-phone difficulties so I called and said i'd reserve it. The problem was, I've been black listed. Last year we rented a house with the same rental agency. As we were leaving, unbeknowst to Kelli and I, one of the doors was unlocked, and although we had told a certain person repeatedly that they couldn't go in the house after the keys were turned in, he went in and the rental inspector drove up. The rental inspector didn't say anything that i remember

Well, even though I got the rental deposit, talked to the agency two or three times afterwards, the inspector told the manager we were at the property after the keys were turned in. Well, the manager put down on the notes that they'd never rent to me again. Needless to say, i had to get the story from the rental agency--the new manager said she's going to talk to the owner, but i feel horrible about it. Like I was totally irresponsible. We hope Kelli can rent from there, but we may have to find a new rental agency.
