Confess?
I have a confession to make. Well, a few readers (my mom and a couple of friends) already know this about me. From the time I was a young teenager, I've found that if Shirley Maclaine is in a movie, I'll watch it. From Irma LaDouce (she's a paris prostitute-JL is her unwitting police officer turned pimp) to that forgettable In Her Shoes. I've read a couple of her biographies, I even find myself living a few miles from where she grew up. Yes, she's a little nuts, but I'm just happy that she's back making movies. So, are their any actors/actresses that you find yourself watching their movies just because they are in it?

i have a feeling my reasons are a little bit different than yours, but for a more 'pure' response to your question: kenneth branagh
Uma. I'll watch anything with her in it including Be Cool and The Producers, although I've never seen the Truth about Cats and Dogs. Thank heavens I haven't sunk that low. I also have some strange fascination with Gary Oldman. They use to be married, although I don't think that has anything to do with it.
Parker Posey and Zooey Deschanel.
I thought about this some more...and I also will watch anything with Edward Norton or Phillip Seymour Hoffman in it.
Colin Firth, Emma Thompson, and Hugh Grant.
I'm a true Anglophile, what can I say?
I think there's a character limit for the comments, so I'll only name my most current ones:
Jason Statham (even with a weave!)
James Purefoy
Sean Bean
Jean-Paul Belmondo
Errol Flynn
Ioan Gruffudd
I guess I'm like ErinAnnie...kinda having a Brit Fit!
I must say that I am a fan of Kurt Russell, from his early stuff with Disney(The One and Only Genuine Orignal Family Band) to his crappy Sky High. I watch almost everything. It is completely unexpalinable.
Jane Seymour. Queen of TV movies...but some of them are really good!
Reese Witherspoon. Ever since the coming of age film "Man in the Moon" and I 100% understood her tween crush.
Erinannie-I have also discovered I'm an anglophile. I didn't think so, but then I started thinking of the movies I've seen and the ones I tend to want to see. I even like masterpiece theater...I think I'm a hidden romantic.
Audrey Hepburn Baby!
