The Continuing Mystery of Trey and Matt

I admit it, I've been a sporadic frequent viewer of South Park for the past 5 years or so. Enough so that I find myself singing "In the Ghetto" and saying the phrase "I do what I want," more often then I'd like to admit. However, I always thought of Trey and Matt as a couple of, albeit genius, dorks. I mean look at the photo below.

However, in the past couple of months of promoting the new season of South Park, my roommate alerted me to the new look of Trey and Matt. At first we were both confused. These are the last two individuals I'd think were cute. They still aren't super model Kip Pardue looking, but they're attractive....could Trey and Matt--two thirty somethings finally grow up? After seeing "death to chef" we're not in much danger.
