When The Stars go Blue

A couple of weeks ago I heard Tim McGraw's cover of Ryan Adams, "When the Stars go Blue." What a lousy cover. What's sad, is I'm sure it'll be a hit. Hopefully it'll give Ryan more exposure---and someday we'll actually hear him on the radio.

i'm not sure ryan adams' ego can handle the inflation if he makes it onto the radio...

but yes. he does merit radio play. i love him. even if he is cocky as hell.

A few years ago, I read an interview with Ryan. He was talking about song writing and that he knew he was going to be the greatest song writer ever on the level of Willie Nelson...and now he's having to console himself with being a pretty good song writer. It was classic Adams.

I agree, he's as cocky as hell. Its part of what makes him him.
