There's a hole in the world tonight

For those of you who have been to my house, this photo may be a bit of a surprise. Our hedge was formally all the size of the bush on the right. We're thinking of either cutting it all out or trimming the two hedges left to the same size and then regularly take the ivy, kudzu, blackberry briars, wisteria etc out. Oh, we'll dispose of those branches too. Sara did a great job (she really did).

In other house news, we've got a homeless guy living directly across the street. He's been evicted twice in the past week by the cops, but he keeps coming back. Yes, we keep our doors and windows locked. Posted by Picasa

In still other news, I really jacked my ankle up again (same ankle i tore a couple of ligaments in) playing soccer yesterday. Oh well, at least I'm not on crutches.

Wow, Sherp. Hope the ankle is okay.

Such a cute little house. Take care of that ankle, everything you do to it while you are young will come back on you in your old age.
