You Can't Go Home Again? Sure You Can...

I'm sitting at my childhood desk, stealing wireless from the neighbors here in Vernal. I've been in Utah since Thursday, but right now feels more like 11:30 than 9:30 at night. The family is watching the BYU game, but I can take only so much football at one time. Even though the game is/was a nail biter. The wedding was this morning, and was lovely. Even though the officiator called my brother by his middle name instead of his first, the wedding was very nice, the luncheon was great, and I was a little overwhelmed having that much family around. So many people to catch up with. Anyway, we drove back to Vernal after the wedding, and the sun was setting as we drove into the Ashley Valley. The temperature is in the low teens-single digits...there's more snow for Christmas than we've had for several years, and all in all, this is shaping to be a nice trip home.

I hear that you are going to get a ton of snow on Christmas day....Enjoy being home with your family, the older you get the harder it is to all get together. Bonnie will be spending Christmas all by herself in Cinncinati. She had four weeks off between semesters and her old company called her back to work. She will earn enough to pay for next semesters tuition and books, so she made the decision to go. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Aisy-No Snow in Canada on Christmas? That's crazy. Oh, and Vernal is fabulous as always. Crazy ol' town.

Lucy-Thanks. Yeah, I think last Christmas was the last Christmas we'll all be together for a while. Cincinatti eh? That's pretty cool she'll be able to make that kind of cash for school.

Dainon-Thanks!
