The video is awesomely bad (except for the clips of the incomparable Roy Orbison and KD Lang), but the song, oh how could I forget about this version of one of Roy's standards...
Weird, I was just thinking about this movie. It's one of the best movies ever. And by best, I mean worst.
I guess it's not that bad, but the whole premise... stock broker on the run, decides to enroll in high school, live at the school, and run for class president. I mean, come on.
b. I was trying to remember if I've seen that movie when I was watching the video. I'm pretty sure I have, but its fuzzy...like I've blocked it out for my own good.
Lucy-Yeah, its powerful...what's crazy about the video is this powerful, timeless song sung by two legends who look dateless...interspersed with dated, cheesy clips of a lame-melodrama of a movie.
