I spent a long weekend in Chicago, and fell in love hard. Now, when a fella usually shows interest-I run screaming into the night, even when I like him. But not this time. No, I went out of my way to see this lad, even forgoing other potential relationships. Oh yes, this was pretty much an exclusive relationship, but unfortunately fairly fleeting, and I kept having to recreate the magic--a total of seven times in a four day period. Now though, thanks to the magic of the internets our relationship can continue thanks to the image below. And he wasn't my type before....

Yes. 7 hotdogs. Seriously, I haven't had that many in a year's time. I didn't even have Chicago Deep-dish pizza, Italian beef or other Chicago specialties. It began and ended with a Chicago Style Hotdog.
That looks horrible Joy.
Omigosh...
Believe it or not, I thought you were serious at first... :-/
Smokey-Horribly Awesome. And I don't even like hotdogs all that well!
Dr Paleo-
Sweet!
Awesome. I need to take you to Buffalo for a fried bologna sandwich and chicken tender subs!
BTW, celery salt is often one of my "secret" ingredients!
i have heard about those, although i have never............
Chicago dogs. That's now on my list, thanks to you. But no need for jealousy when this is a love we can share, yes?
Steve-Absolutely. After this? Sign me up!
Celery Salt rocks!
Putz--just try it...
Sj-Why thanks. Yes, this isn't monogamy.
I cannot say I'm horrified, since I've been eating cheeseburgers to keep from losing weight. Hey, I'm not complaining, though!
I had another one at the airport before I left Chicago today. It had the poppy seed bun, too. This one was called jumbo char - Chicago style. Awesome. (And I really don't like hot dogs.)
LV MOM PS -- I made it from Denver to Vernal tonight. Waa - hoo.
