I bought some linen a while back to make a new table cloth, placemats, and napkins. I had some left-overs so I decided to make a quilt top. Since I don't have a comforter, I made it large enough for my bed and machine stitched the whole thing. Luckily, Kelli was gone for 2 weeks so I had time to assemble the quilt on our floor while she was in Utah. I also ended up with lightweight batting as my old singer has no walking foot. Anyway, even though there's mistakes a plenty on this quilt, it works for now and is warm.

I love the colors. And the pattern turned out awesome.
You makin' me one for Christmas?
Pretty! I love brown and pink!
You are a great quilt/blanket maker. I should know, we still have some of your work being well used around here!
Looks great. Strips & blocks? How did you figure it out? Perhaps you were inspired by great grandma Buhler & my mom's inventive & frugal use of surplus fabric. Where are the flamingos?
