Remodeling

I've been thinking about painting my room for the past year and will probably do it this fall. However, once the paint dries I guarantee you this won't be on my wall:

Apparently that's a 6''2" vinyl lifesize sillouhette of Edward Cullen from Twilight. I shudder at the thought of him in my room. Especially since I'm in the "Robert Pattinson is gayer than Christmas" camp. Love my gay friends, but Robert Pattinson? Creepy.

Awkward. Can't wait to tell my jaded anti-Twilight students about it though...

I'm a little confused about the "Be Safe" statement. Is that a "be safe" around vampires warning, or maybe plea for safer sex? Really, this is odd. Creepy.

"Be safe." is actually from one of the Twilight books. The font looks the same as the one they used for Edward's handwriting in the book, too.

Creepy.

Now I'm really glad I've never read the Twilight books.

Edward was always creepy. In this context, even creepier.

Watching someone while they sleep no matter how allegedly hot they are, is creepy.

Oh, My. Creepy. is the "be safe" sort of like a poster; avoid creepy stalkers who like to watch you while you sleep? Or is it perhaps referring to prophilactics?

Have you seen the Buffy Vs Edward youtube? I haven't laughed that hard in a while.
