Intervention Please.

The past week, I realized I do something that bugs me. I say "that's hot" and "i heart" entirely too much. The problem is, as much as i try to stop saying it because its annoying..and it annoys me when i say it, I can't. Today I was sitting in a telework meeting and inwardly cracking "i heart" jokes about the conference, trying to stop but really kind of cracking myself out loud. Oy vey, I need help.....or its just the effects of sitting in a two day telework conference.
