Because every girl needs at least one pair of Mary Janes

Last week, I stumbled upon a simply fabulous pair of slippers-crocheted mary janes. I asked for the pattern on Craftster...Luckily, the person who created the slippers had posted the pattern. She sells them but was kind enough to share. I made a pair this weekend and am pleased with the result. They take about a hour to do once you figure it out. I think I'm going to double up the yarn next time so they are toasty warm, but here's a few photos for you to enjoy. The pattern link can be found here...as the creator sells these on etsy, she just wants people to use the pattern for non-commerical uses.

Here's the etsy store for the person who actually created the pattern. http://insideout.etsy.com

I highlighted the link to her etsy shop. I had a hardtime finding it on the post, and I put it there.

I think I'm gonna experiment with the double yarn this week if I get a chance. I'm also gonna make them smaller so they don't stretch out so much.

Super cute, I would attempt them if I had any skills in that area. I had a laurel's project that was knitting/croquetting, and it was tragically, tragic! ALso, love the organge.
