Caption: This is one of the travelers in our group that went to Peru. He's holding a roast guinea pig. If you notice carefully, you'll see that the head is intact. It was skinned, and butterflied but the ribcage, jaw bone (you could see the tiny teeth) the legs etc were all intact. Needless to say, the guinea pig wasn't very good.

OMGosh! Was he able to eat it?
I don't think I could...

Happy WW!

He had a couple of bites. There wasn't a whole lot of meat on the guinea pig. We all shared it, this is just the only picture I could find of it here at work.

but it's not wednesday....

i'm confused.

my oldest brother served a mission in peru. we used to relish our shuddering reactions to his letters about being served guinea pig and how when he had a greenie comp he'd tell the family that the new comp was the guest of honor because the guest of honor got the head. poor greenie never knew what he was saying.

Yuck. Makes a great WW contribution, though. I couldn't it because we had a guinea pig as a pet when I was a child: Snowball. (I know . . . such an original name, but we were kids.)

My photo is posted. Drop by!
