Update: I'm personally more puzzled by the Jack Black/Paul Rudd pair up the more I think about it. So I put pictures of Jack, Paul, John and Paul.
Here's a pic from the new "
Walk Hard" movie. And there's more news...Jack Black is playing Paul McCartney to Paul Rudd's John Lennon. To top that all off, John C. Reilly may go on tour as Dewey Cox.
In the movie, Eddie Vedder salutes present day Dewey Cox with the following quote:
"I don't know what God sounds like, but I know when I get to the Pearly Gates,
He might just sound a little bit like Dewey Cox."

Best. Elvis. Ever.
Question is...who won the dance-off?
Um question is...who is playing Anita Pallenberg and please can it be me?
Hoo-Sure, why not. You may have better luck in the dylan pic coming out though.
You mean the Dylan pic where Cate Blanchett plays Dylan?
Paul Rudd-John Lennon is less of a stretch than I thought. Interesting.
Yeah, "I'm not there" is the name of the film. I'm teasing hoo a little because we have tons of things in common, but I adore Dylan, and she's not a fan.
OK, but what I want to know is a) who is playing Yoko b)are they going to re-inact Yoko's "tone poem" during The Rolling Stone's Rock & Roll Circus and c) who else has seen that scene and can we tawk? PS I heart paul rudd.
Well, this is a parody of "Walk the Line," so I believe there's only a few minutes scene where "John and Paul" show up. Maybe there'll be a Rutles remake for your delight.
