I'm sheepless

So, in a desperate attempt to save Croc's plunging stocks, their developers combined the two greatest shoe disasters of the decade; the shop and the ug. And thought it would be a great idea to spend millions of dollars to market it?

I support you in that. Especially if they come in tangerine.

So crossing a sheep with a croc and you get a mammoth? Not exactly what I had in mind... and I suppose CrUg ur Ugoc don't sound as good.

Those have been out here for a long time. I totally wanted some to wear for winter house shoes. Slippers, as some people call them. They weren't comfortable for me though, so I didn't get any. I think they're great though. I wear the normal Crocs for my house shoes in the winter.

Have you seen the new Croc commercials where they make fun of people that make fun of people that wear Crocs? Trying make other people appear pretentious is so pretentious!!!! I never thought I'd hate a "fashion" more than girls from the mid-west tramping around DC in the summer in their Uggs until these came out!!

Adam- Apparently Mammoths are created when sheep and crocodiles procreate. On the upside, we get an extinct species back?

Sara-Yeah? That's cool. I admit, I've never actually tried on a pair of crocs. I shouldn't judge if I haven't walked a mile in the crocs. There's actually 15.00 mary jane crocs on slickdeals.net right now.

Steve-I'm one of those weird people with no tv. I've heard about them though.

Weird, you just described my reasons for hating both fashions too. Have you seen a croc completely annihilated by a DC escalator I saw a remnant a while back in Rosslyn.

i'm with sara. they are ugly but they are oh so comfy as a house slipper. i fought them for a long time until i tried one on. i don't wear them out of my house but my feet are happy in them after a long day of work. those mammoth ones would probably be too hot though.

They are ugly and I don't think they are very comfortable. I finally secretly put a pair on my feet in a store one day after reading Sara's blog about them. I have to tell you that my $5 rip off brand of the flip flop ones in the exact same tacky color combination were a million times more comfy. I say croc off to that fashion idea.
