So, you know how in families with small (or larger) children, it's impossible everyone to pose and smile at the same time? There's always one pulling a face or goofing off? The same rule applies to Galapagos Penguins.

its cold enough there for penguins and yet warm enough for lizards? apparently i need to renew my natn'l geographic subscription
The Galapagos are at the Equator right where 4 major ocean currents meet so the water is cool enough for the penguins food, but the islands are hot enough for lizards. Strange, strange place.
